How to Submit Your Image

Photos can be submitted via mail or email. In both cases, it is important that the image be accompanied by the appropriate forms:

• All images require a signed image release form (PDF)
• Images with recognizable people and/or paid models require a signed model release form (PDF)
• Image with recognizable buildings/property require a signed property release form (PDF)

To Submit Your Image Via Mail

1. Complete a mandatory image release form and any other appropriate release forms (Model and/or Property) for each image you are submitting.
2. Burn your image(s) to a CD. Images must be at least 300 dpi, preferably in a TIFF format, though JPG format is also acceptable.
3. Mail CD and release form(s) to:

To Submit Your Image Via Email

1. Complete a mandatory image release form and any other appropriate release forms (Model and/or Property) for each image you are submitting. Scan the forms into your computer.
2. Attach your image(s) and signed forms to an email. Images must be at least 300 dpi, preferably in a TIFF format, though JPG format is also acceptable.
